Great stay! Fabulous service especially from staff on concierge desk. Ben in particular was very friendly and helpful. Sleek contemporary interiors and delicious breakfasts. In-Room dining great too. Nothing was too much trouble as everyone seemed kindly attentive.

Common areas are pretty and glossy. Rooms are fine. Check in fast, with an explanation we have two bottles of water in our fridge and a refilling station near the lifts. One bottle was opened with a couple of inches taken out of it. We took it down to reception and they gave us an empty apology and said they would send water to our room while we were out. Given this was the first night of Covid restrictions easing after community transmission, this is a pretty major issue. They didn’t even bother to put the water in the fridge for us, just chucked it on the bench. Breakfast was good. Check out was extremely slow and didn’t ask us how our stay was.

Dear ladytravelbug87 Thank you for taking the time to write a review. While it is great to hear you enjoyed most aspects of your stay, I am naturally concerned to learn about the issue with your bottled drinking water. Please accept my sincere apologies. The Hilton Mill street has exactly what you need - Any type of traveller ( Comfy bed , quiet relaxed bar , great food options especially for the body if you have travelled, location is in the city so you can walk or a cheap can ride, staff that actually care - hard to believe I know and I am proof of this. Before the renovation I stayed here all the time I have now returned after the re opening and a year later Cameron from concierge greeted me by name On arrival!) that is what makes a hotel great, staff that remember your name. Stay here and enjoy your room and go and explore perth! The view isn’t of kings park or the water but who cares you can get a great sleep and good meal that’s what a stay in a hotel is about... Thank you Hilton Mill street for being my home away from home

Recently stayed here on a weekend after the hotel was closed down for a major refurbishment. From first impressions of the renovated lobby and restaurant I was really impressed. It’s modern and spacious with a unique mural/artwork where the lounges are. The new executive lounge was a huge plus and probably the reason I would stay there again. Good food (though no hot canapés?) and wine/spirit choices. Great options for seating and a relaxed yet intimate vibe. Breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding. Plenty of options and regularly refreshed Service from all the staff I encountered was great. I guess the only let down for me was the room renovations. We were in a king executive suite and friends in the junior queen suite. They’ve obviously been renovated and are a great improvement on previous, but they lack any personal touch. No artwork, the rooms were huge but they lacked some furniture (had a few lounges, side table) so it kind of felt empty and a bit cavernous. The standard rooms look great, but I think they could do a bit more to make some of the more expensive room types have a bit of wow/luxurious/personal feel. The renovation was sorely overdue and for the most part it makes for a great stay. Will definitely be back

Dear T4044VLmatth Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Parmelia Hilton Perth. We are delighted you enjoyed the changes we have made over the past year, including the addition of the luxurious Executive Lounge. Hot and cold canapés are served throughout the service between 5pm and 7pm. So glad you enjoyed your breakfast experience in Samuels on Mill. Your comments regarding the décor are noted. Artwork is currently being installed throughout the hotel. We are thrilled you will be returning to stay with us and look forward to having you back. Best regards John Lucas General Manager
