Good, value for money hotel. Reception staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast, which was cooked to order included in our room price. Discounted parking offered for hotel guests, with the car park right next door. Comfy bed in the room.

Stayed at Kings just over a week ago and was very disappointed, it's an old hotel that is in dyer need of some TLC, everything is looking neglected. They did some rooms up on the higher levels a few years ago but that was it. Our room smelled, curtains didn't even go to floor so as soon as sun was...

We were here on a 5D3N holiday trip with 31pax. The hotel interior is quite old with wooden furnitures in all rooms but surprisingly the room was clean & complete with iron , iron board & hairdryer. The staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. This hotel located at the traffic light junction where there's few Muslim/ Malaysia restaurants...

Standard room $106 after international fee. Parking $15 after you asked for the hotel discount. Thin walls. Noisy. Yobbo types. Dodgy vibe. More like a hostel but with own rooms. Airconditioner ineffective but very noisy, at least it did something. Dated decor. Homeless area outside. The reception staff were lovely, perhaps they were embarassed and knew what we were in...

This hotel has potential but, having seen better days, is being left behind with the surge in new hotel projects in Perth and is up against stiff competition. There is rarely staff on front reception, which itself is bare and dark. However, the staff were friendly and approachable. The room was large, clean at first, but on the last night...

For the price it was amazing quality- staff were kind and helpful and the 24 service desk was super easy. The bathroom could've done with a mop and clean as dust was collecting in the corners of the bathroom! Shower was a bit stiff at first and after telling the desk they immediately offered to move us to another room...

The Hotel is a bit tired, but We felt it was still a pretty good 3 star accommodation. The rooms were large and the bed was big and comfortable. We had a continental breakfast each morning which was good. The best feature was its location. Elizabeth Quay, and the shopping area and malls were all a short walk and the...

I had a 16 day stay in this hotel via my company. First impressions were a bit disappointing but as time wore on I mellowed a little thanks to the excellent and friendly staff. My room was always kept clean and an excellent laundry service. On the downside the hotel only provides breakfast and no other meals. There is very...
