Very happy with service from this Hotel. Yohan {Manager} held our booking over from 2020 and upgraded us to a Superior room on arrival. In my conversations with Yohan over the past year he has been most helpful {as both he and I did not know exactly what would happen re Covid.} Very quiet floor which suited us {as "Golden Oldies"} perfectly. Spacious room and very comfy. Walking distance of one block to Mall and very close to bus stops for free travel in 4 routes in CBD. There is a bar/bistro on the ground floor and a lovely restaurant on the other side of reception. Really enjoyed our stay there and would return when we are again in Perth.

This place was disgusting! They should have not been selling these rooms $140 a night!!! More like $50. The shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling and flooded the bathroom, only pop sticks with the cups no teaspoons. The room should have been closed for maintenance apparently a work order was put in for shower but nobody showed. Would not refund us the money!!

The hotel was fine for a night stay- the staff were great, cocktails super affordable and the bed was comfy and clean. However, on a 38 degree day the old airconditioner did absolutely nothing making for a very uncomfortable sleep. The hotel and bathroom in general were very worn and need updating.

Staff were extremely rude especially the front desk day manager. He is in the wrong industry .. Night manager was not allowing us to access the front, as apparently it was dangerous at night. The hotel never mentioned a curfew. Food could not be billed to your room account. Over charged my bank card twice for bond on numerous occasions still have not received refund .,when enquired about duplicate charge refused to email the charges they made to my card. Air con not working. Definately would not recommend staying here even though the cheaper rates are tempting there are much better venues to stay in that price range.

We stayed 1 night for the Xmas pageant. We booked a superior king room and were not disappointed. The room was large, modern and clean. Our room price included breakfast but was a bit taken back when coffee and tea was extra. Although the breakfast was freshly cooked (Not Buffet) and was a large serve. The staff were friendly and the price of the room was really reasonable considering its location.
