Was extremely un clean. Smelt disgusting and had holes in the walls. Chair was broken and stains every where. Had to pay 30 dollars a night for parking. Biggest rip off. Bath rooms were revolting. Do your self a favour and DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disappointed in this hotel! Would never recommend to anyone I know.

After driving for quite a few hours, we got a rude awakening when arriving at the hotel, there was no parking to park our car to check in so had to pull over on the side where we were not allowed to stop then having to find out we in fact had to pay $30 a night to park our...

This hotel has a charge for wifi of 20 dollars per day. If you have a car you'll have to pay 30 dollars per day for parking. Rip off to the max. Third floor carpet and room stinks of dirty feet. There in no restaurant so no room service. Terrible experience, if I add all the hidden charges I could...

I would not recommended this hotel to anyone we thought we were getting a great deal $119 a night they said they had parking we get there and it was a run down dingy place staff not friendly they told us we had to add $30 on top to park our car in the hotel car park scam then they...

Checked in to find they had arranged the wrong room. The car park featuring an elevator does not have direct access to the rooms you must go down to the reception and up. What they don't tell you is it costs you $30 per day to park in the car park. Stains on sheets, windows only cleaned to a point...

Last week I stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location, close to the Convention Centre where I attended a three day conference and it is right on the edge of the CBD. While the hotel is a little worn, its facilities were very clean. Julian, on the front desk was very helpful whenever I had enquiries. Parking,...

It's only redeeming quality was that it was close to the city centre but that's about it. Unclean (finding a lump of hair with a bobby pin still attached by the bed was special) and renovations being required is an understatement! Tired, old, daggy and dirty is the only way to describe this place. I'm just glad I didn't use...

Do you remember the movie with Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson titled "Hotel Paradisio"? I'm thinking the New (joke) Esplanade in Perth was where the filming took place. It was filthy, smelly and had a mouldy bathroom that smelled of urine. The AirCon had buttons (just to look like an air conditioner) but in fact blew only very hot air....

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from your recent stay at The New Esplanade Hotel.
