My friend and I recently stayed here and found it clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was adequate a nd although we had no transport. The bus stop was right outside . We were very comfortable.

Not far away from the city center, shops and restaurants. Quiet and with a recommendable restaurant for the diner. Continental breakfast and, under request, some good specialities. Beside the King's park and botanic garden. Good option.

We stayed in this hotel in May 2014. We were immediately impressed with the reception staff who were friendly and helpful. Our room was a little on the small side but we didn't really mind as it was spotlessly clean. My only criticism was that the wardrobe was rather inadequate and my clothes became very crumpled! Aside from that, we...

We stayed 3 nights at the pretty Sullivans hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was very friendly and helped wherever they could. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. But the best thing about our stay was the breakfast. Very good buffet for a reasonable price. The free bike rental was also a great...

Perth is an expensive place to stay for business and whilst this place is a km or so out of the city - its ovffers great value - clean - friendly - free parking and free wifi. Rooms arent huge but when you are on your own and you are paying your own expenses - its great!!

This was our second time at this hotel....receptionist a pleasure to be served by...the large deluxe room was spacious...the bed was very comfortable....airconditioner noisy when switching on and off...the shower water changed temperature regularly which made us uncomfortable to use it....the WiFi had good and bad download speeds...parking not always available, especially during the weekend..

The cheapest, friendly staff members and clean hotel to boot, free wifi for every gadget that requires the net and free parking nowhere else offers that excellent deal, I've stayed in many accommodations in Perth and my son loves this one. This is our fourth stay at the Sullivans.

We (family of 2 adults and 2 young children) stayed in the family room for 2 nights end May 2014. It's a boutique hotel run by very friendly staffs. Located about 5-10 minutes walk to Jacobs Ladders that leads to Kings Park. Very peaceful surrounding. About 10minutes by cab to CBD area. Basic room and small shower area but clean....

Ok first up let's get it out there: Perth is not the cheapest city for hotel accommodation. So when I found us overnight accommodation close to the CBD, with great ratings, for under $120 a night I jumped on it. And as I said in the title, it proved to be great value. To echo other reviewers, the rooms are...
