Stayed for 5 nights on a holiday with family to Perth. The property is right next to convention centre and within walking distance to lots of eateries, offices in cbd , esplanade etc. The room we got was spacious and well furnished apartment with a decent kitchenette. House keeping and reception staff are courteous and helpful. The mini bar as...

Poor parking arrangements, spotty room servicing, and a lift out of order for most of my stay. Just very inconvenient and difficult all round. The staff were fine and mostly polie and helpful with only one exception.

As normal a great few days at the Adina. Except when we arrived we were told there was no parking available. The soultion offered was a Wilson Car Park accross the road at a huge hourly rate. ( I find the Adinas 30 dollar a night for paying guests pretty steep as well). Anyway, as we live locally, I took...

Nice apartments and much better than just having a hotel room. Fully equipped kitchens and even a washing machine etc. The front desk staff although nothing wrong seem very uninterested and just do their job rather than be welcoming.

We love coming to the city to shop, eat and drink. This hotel is amazing and it's central location make it a breeze to park up and just walk where ever we want to go. The rooms are also really well sound proofed so you don't hear any traffic noise which help for a great nights sleep.

The room size was decent and beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient, bus and train station just beside the apartment. Elizabeth Quay is the station. The Quay usually has events happening and the environment is beautiful for a stroll. Restaurants beside and a playground at one. Town is within walking distance. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful....

Very disappointing experience - won't stay again. At check in we were told not to do any cooking because it could set the fire alarm off and it's an automatic $800 fine as the fire dept comes immediately. That defeated the purpose of staying in a self contained unit with 2 young children. Then the building fire alarm went off...

Central, spacious and well serviced. Staff are bright and cheery. Adjoining bar and restaurant very good food and service. We had a 2 bedroom apt and i have not stayed in any in Perth that match this. Excellent stay and right in the middle of so many attractions.

When travelling for business I prefer to opt for apartments with kitchenettes. The Adina is close to the cbd and was a very easy walk to the office. Checkin was easy and simple with the staff engaging. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean. The Adina directly overlooks the convention centre, so I had a balcony that...
