We stayed here the day we arrived to Auckland from a 10 day cruise of New Zealand. This hotel, which we rented at a great price, was approximately two blocks from the cruise port, which, after the hustle and bustle of getting off the ship and through customs was quite rewarding. The place we rented was a large, one-bedroom room with a separate living room with an extra large TV. To our amusement this room had a "cowboy" style which I will leave to your imagination. The only challenge we had was finding this place. Get that one part correct and save a lot of $$$

Was surprised to see such bad reviews of these apartments. However, having looked at what they say feel like we may have been lucky to be allocated room 114 which had an amazing terrace and view. I would say based on the price the second bedroom was very small and didn’t have any natural light - but the master bedroom was huge. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The lady I spoke to pre arrival (Ruth) was really helpful. Would recommend staying here Based on the room that we had. Great location.

Have stayed here a number of times. Some excellent results some terrible. Last stay was in 3D - don't stay in this room! Dirty, white couches that are no longer white. Walls dirty... The higher you go in this place the better I have found.

We booked two nights at a Marina/ sea view apartment ... what a joke. When we checked in we were taken to another venue down the road. Paid top dollar for a view of a wall. They could not understand that we were annoyed that we booked at one place and were dumped into another completely different venue. We complained and demanded a refund which we received finally. DO NOT BOOK HERE as there photos and description on bookings is completely wrong.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ruined our holiday stay in Auckland. This is completely misleading and false advertising. Room 1L is an absolute disgrace. Unreasonably high price for a micro bedsit, NZD288 is MORE expensive than the Cordis Langham which has 5star facilities. The room was tiny, dirty and unlike any of the pictures. There was no attempt to make our stay comfortable. Not even a complimentary bottle of water just 4 tiny milk serves in the fridge. The view was not as shown in the pictures, looking out onto gravel rooftops with broken glass. The noise from the bars goes on till the early hours in the morning. The decor was shabby with cheap stained sofas and what looked like blood stains / red wine marks down the curtains. No bathtub just a cramped shower and toilet packed in with washer dryer. Again, this is being advertised as a RESORT....it is not even close. The prices we were charged are unfair. Should be banned for false advertising from booking.com
