We stayed 2 nights at Beaumontstay and it suited us perfectly. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse on the fringe of the city. So it is close enough to walk to the city centre, harbour/viaduct and the fantastically diverse Ponsonby Road but far enough from the city centre that you don't get that constant city hum. There were 2 other...

Wendy was a wonderful host it really felt like you were staying with family or a friend. This was a wonderful place to start our vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable just what you need after a long flight.

What a great B&B. Beautiful accommodation, well stocked kitchen, great location, friendly host, no twee teddy bears or knick-knacks, great breakfast. Ticks all the boxes. The only downside is that it's located only 2 blocks from my company's Auckland office - not great to be reminded of work when you're just starting your holiday! But in all seriousness, stay here....

On our arrival in New Zealand from the USA this was where we spent our first few nights. The room was wonderfully comfortable and we made use of the pool and gym as a way of throwing off our travel weariness. You can walk to great eating and shopping locations from the location.

We have stayed in many Auckland hotels and B&B's and would rate this as the best. Amazing find in central Auckland. Great location, within walking distance to central Auckland attractions. Rooms are beautiful, and clean. A home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, and refreshments, including a glass of chilled wine, are always avalable. We will definately be...

Wendy has created the best combination of a home, B&B and hotel I have stayed in. As a world traveler, her attention to detail and providing just the right combination of hostess, hoteller and guide is just perfect. Ideally suited for access to all Auckland sites, yet quiet and residentail at its best. The Gym facilites are excellent and a...

I am a corporate frequent traveller and was recommended Beauontstay by a friend. I have stayed there 4 times now and have had a great stay on all occasions. Wendy is a wonderful host, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and as she used to travel a lot for work she has a real understanding of the requirements of business...

A wonderful and unexpected experience to have the comfort of home available close to the city centre of Auckland. For me, the closeness to the harbour and excitement of the viaduct basin was a bonus.

Wendy is the most lovely hostess and nothing was too much trouble. It was like being at home, but nicer. Beaumontstay is modern, tasteful, and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone with out us feeling we were imposing on Wendy in her home and space. And its location was ideal for our needs. Supermarkets, shopping and eateries...
