Rather importantly the main hotel entrance is not at the given address. Put "15 Durham Street" in your sat nav or you good spend a while driving a rather busy street getting frustrated!! This fact was deeply hidden on their website. Valet parking or a public parking next door. Serviced apartment great. Two beds, two baths plus sitting room/kitchen. Kitchen...

City centre hotel. Great for Sky tower and shops. Room comfortable, but tired. Saltwater pool lovely and warm but towels had to be collected from reception on another floor. Wifi was available but only 1GB per day free. Not enough for work purposes so we had to incur additional charges. Disappointing. On check out, were charged for using a credit...

CityLIfe Auckland have their own self-rating - and it is TOTALLY over-rated. I agree with previous reviewers that the rooms are a tad worn and weary particularly their superior rooms - which in my opinion is a misleading category as these are not superior at all. An earlier reviewer's comment that the breakfast is overpriced ($34) is more than true...

Moved to this hotel after being unable to extend my stay at a more expensive competitor near by. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were good possibly leaning toward a bit dated but over all no issues. Nice lounge area for a drink after work and great location in the CBD. I recommend this hotel as it's...

Wife and I stayed here for a total of three nights in March. What really stood out to us was the staff working there. We interfaced with almost all levels of staff during our stay (e.g. restaurant, front desk, concierge, valet, housekeeping, room service) and every single person was wonderfully helpful and very eager to make sure everything was to...

Great location off Queen St with a short walk to the viaduct, Britomart, and Skycity. Check-in was fast and smooth, room and bed were comfortable and clean. We did eat breakfast our first morning and it was good... if a bit overpriced typical to a hotel bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient and helpful when asked. I would certainly stay...

Big size apartment for the city. A little dated and in need of a bit of TLC. Food at the restaurant for lunch was good value and tasty. The service from the waitress Molly was very good. Its nice to see someone who enjoys their job. Great location in the middle of Queens Street.

Very good, staff always friendly and helpful. Clean and the food is good. I stay for business regularly and have never felt the need to complain (which I only do if it deserves it) and try to remember to compliment when deserved as well, all compliments so far. Seem to get upgrades reasonably regularly which is a nice touch. Having...

Great accommodation on Queen St, Shuttle bus right outside the door. Stroll to Britomart. In the heart of shopping. Friendly, efficient staff. Quiet, spacious, spotless rooms. Only down side was that the bed was too soft for us, but that may be just what others like. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
