I've stayed here a few times over the past 2 months and can happily say that it is a great hotel! The rooms are good. Plenty of space, very clean and pleasant. The restaurant is excellent... Beautiful food and the sticky toffee date pudding is honestly the best desert I have in years!!! The staff are amazing! So friendly and...

the rooms are good but even on the 22nd floor it was noisy. The service at reception was slow but the girls are very friendly. It is the only hotel in auckland that i have stayed at that charges a credit card charge and for that reason i will no longer stay there

Thank you for choosing to stay at CityLife on your recent trip to Auckland - we do appreciate your comments. Let me start by saying I'm rarely impressed by good customer service. For me that is the most important thing in hospitality and this hotel has done it, they have three incredibly kind women in front desk who will do anything to assist you. For the housekeeping staff I called them requesting to clean my room and in less than...

Stayed here 3 nights with family while visiting Auckland. We had a two bedroom suite and it was spacious, clean, comfortable with all the comforts of home. The staff at the hotel were especially friendly and attentive. The location is was good. Overall I don't know how much walking around downtown Auckland I would do late at night, but it...

Really great location. Quite expensive but that seems to be the price you pay in Auckland city. Room was a comfortable city room. Service was good. Some construction while we were there. You have to relog in on the wifi everyday and I think it dropped out a little/was slow.

Booked two bedroom executive apartment. Most excellent. 21st floor, could look directly out at Sky Tower!! All aspects of staffing/assistance were very professional. The Zest restaurant provided us with an excellent meal on our Friday night arrival. I could write a whole lot more but the result would still be same - excellent and would definitely recommend.
