Wife's work Christmas function was in the city so decided to stay the night so we could both have a couple of drinks an not worry about driving. We got a one room apartment which had a kitchenette. It also had laundry facilities in the bathroom. There was a tv, stereo, usual small desk and small wardrobe for storage. It...

I would not recommend you stay here. The carpet was filthy - I ended up with an infection on my foot !kitchenette dated and showing a lot of wear and tear signs. Shower small and pokey and the water pressure was terrible. Attention to cleanliness was poor - there was black dust in wardrobe door tracks, on skirting boards and...

I loved our stay at Quest apartments in Auckland, it's at the top of queen street and within walking distance to almost everything (if you don't mind the hills!) The hotel is lovely and staff are great. Only downside is that the rooms need updating, they had added modern furniture to out dated rooms which works but not when you...

We were looking for a reasonably priced place and Quest on Queen was a good choice. The biggest gripe is - there is NO complimentary wifi for guests! In this day and age this is unacceptable, even the AirBnB accommodation in Rotorua had complimentary wifi. There is parking for an additional NZD$20 per day, but on the day the gate...

Hi , thank you for taking time to post your thoughts, I haven't had poor feedback on our beds and would be great to know what room you stayed in, as I am surprised of being able to feel the bed springs. A beds are in great condition and all have plush mattress toppers for extra comfort. Kitchens are getting...

My husband & I stayed at Quest on 363 Queen St for 2 nights while visiting New Zealand. We had stayed here in 2012 and liked being able to walk to all the sights in the city. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and check in/check out went very smoothly. The continental breakfast had an added selection...

Location is fine. Short walk to CBD. Short walk to and from airport bus. Very friendly staff. Room is functional and clean. Decent breakfast included. Struggled with WiFi sign-up as they use an outside service. Needed it working when I arrived well after midnight. Too tired to muck around. What is it about Kiwi hotels and Internet? Why cant they...

These apartments are conveniently located at the top end of Queen Street. They provide a continental breakfast pack and we were given a bottle of bubbly on arrival. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Some traffic noise with rooms on street side but there are quieter rooms that overlook the park. Location was excellent especially with the...
