We chose this hotel for its location and utility of free parking offered with our booking. On arrival, and having parked in the car park, we were told that parking is NEVER free, and that we would have to move our car anyway as all the spaces were pre-allocated. The receptionist telling us this was blunt and somewhat self-righteous. We...

Hi Jonathan. Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that there was some confusion regarding the parking policy. To clarify, we started charging for parking on the 1st of January 2017. This policy was changed under new acquired ownership of the hotel. All advertising and hotel collateral was changed with the updated policy on the 1st of January. We charge...

Had a concert in Auckland, it was perfect for a one night stay by myself. Spotless clean bathroom. Good amenities. Very central and easy to find. Can walk to most places, the Powerstation was a 15min walk.

I stayed here for one night before my long flight back to the uk thinking I would get more sleep than in a hostel. I was wrong. There was music blaring until after 10pm. Not sure where it was coming from but it wasn't the hotel. However the walls were paper thin and along with that I could hear people...

Hi there. We are very sorry that you had an adverse experience at our hotel. As you mentioned you may have used the bathroom at peak usage times prior to our housekeeping staff service. We know that sometimes other patrons can be less than considerate with keeping the common areas clean. We are located near a bar and nightclub district...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and found it clean, safe and comfortable. They offer a good breakfast in the first floor bar at a reasonable price. We found the travel desk very helpful and there was a good assortment of maps and suggestions on attractions. The airport Sky Bus stops right at the driveway to the main entrance....

The Kiwi International Hotel offered very good value for money. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel is close to the airport bus and a 20 min walk down Queen Street to the CBD. However, there were a few little things that stopped me from giving it 5 stars. Firstly, the wifi was very unreliable. The system of...

This is a beautiful place to stay at, and when I stayed, there was so many people of age difference who were here. I booked a double with private bathroom for 4 nights. Nice room, and the bathroom was so spacious. Best price for that time. It is at the upper end of Queen Street, so a walk to the...

This is a functional hotel in Auckland on the upper Queen street. The hotel faces on the inside so it is quieter than the usual hotels on the road. It is clean and room are spacious- double ensuite on the first floor close to the guest laundry room. Parking is $20 and you must book it at reception. A good...

From the photos this hotel appears good value for money, yes it is cheaper than most, however, the photos must have been taken 10 years ago, or maybe more. The whole place could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some new furnishings. Whilst it is not unclean, it is very dated and 'lived in' (that's being kind). The...

Hi Michelle. Thanks for your feedback. I will pass your comments on regarding updating our photos to the hotel owners for consideration. There are signs at reception to advise of keeping noise to a...
