Paid a very very high price for what was quite a basic room. The priority for all staff seemed to be to try to charge for as many simple things as possible rather than focussing on service. Won't stay here again.

I managed to get this hotel at a lower price than others during the Adele concert. So getting it at a good price was a pro. The view over the sky tower and city was awesome but that's where the pros end .The cons were: small room, extremely extremely hot inside. It was so stuffy in our room the floor...

The photo of the rooms are SO VERY MISLEADING for this hotel. The room is like a tiny box with the bed so close to the walls you can barley get into bed Our room was so hot on entering and with no airconditioner only a small tiny desk fan on the floor was impossible to stay in. Nowhere to...

The room is very small but clean with a modern bathroom. Checkin was fine and the location is great for a budget hotel. Less than 10 mins walk down Queen street to the heart of the CBD. My only complaints are nowhere to place a suitcase (no room) and the workstation is occupied by kettle and tea/coffee facilities so I...

One of the most misleading websites I have ever seen. Incredibly overpriced and underserviced accommodation. We booked a 'Queen' room for a 3 night stay over a weekend and paid $700. Prices were at their highest due to the Justin Bieber concert on in town. Turns out 'Queen' bed meant 'two singles pushed together' and 'spacious queen room with a...

We paid $700 NZ plus extra for a parking spot for a three night stay only to leave within 20 minutes of arriving. The door essentially hits the bed the room is so small. There was a fan and no air con so our room was stuffy and had to have the window open which meant it was loud with...

The hotel did deliver what we were expecting from the descriptions and photos from the website. Tiny room, very run down - mould on the curtains, wierd smell in room, broken bathroom window (an actual crack in the glass), broken heat pump. We had the worst nights sleep of our trip in this hotel because the air con was broken...

When we checked in the receptionist said 'we have upgraded yr room for this stay '. These are words most travellers love to hear. Two nights later we were wishing we had been offered our original room. Room 105 doesn't have curtains. It has a blind. Which leaks light. Right outside the room is a security light attached to the...

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. I paid almost $1000 for a four night stay. The room looked nothing like the pictures on their website. It was small - once the suitcase was opened on the floor there was no room to walk. Room was rundown and dirty. No air conditioning or fan meant the...

We stayed there during a big construction work next door, not nice. Parking is very limited, you must book. The room we got was very small and it was difficult to find a place for luggage. The room is not for "overseas guest". The room was new and clean. No a/c, so it was hot when we was there.
