What an amazing building right in the heart of Auckland - so, so sooo close to everything.. Such a brilliant clean fully furnished apartment with EVERYTHING.. So fortunate that everything else was sold out and so ended up here.. the use of space / design is done with 20/20 vision... The car lift is only for small cars - but so brilliant!
An excellent location, excellent service and amenity. Staff are friendly without being in your face. Gym facilities are more than one would usually expect to see in a building such as this. Well positioned and there's more than enough to do right outside the front door.
Apartments have tiny bedrooms and oversized balconies. It is located conveniently. Lots of things to do and shopping close by. It is ridiculously over priced and not very well maintained. Level of help from staff is absolutely unacceptable. Furniture provided were rudimentary. I would absolutely avoid this place.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 25th(i think) floor overlooking the harbour and sky tower. Great view with its wrap around glass balconies. I can understand one of the other reviewers feeling uncomfortable with the height as it took a while for it not to feel scary. Nicely fitted out living areas and bedrooms. Had a few problems with a lack of a second key and the internet wouldnt work in the room but reception offered the use of another room and also printed off some stuff for us. Small street it is but wouldnt call it quiet. The noise from the city echoes through the room. ( I heard every siren one saturday night) Great restaurant across the road called Jimmy Wong's.
I was shocked at the negative reviews on here. This turned out to be my favorite hotel I stayed at on my Australia-New Zealand vacation. I got a studio apartment and I loved it the moment I walked in the door. It's all very new and modern, and not overpriced at all. It's apparent that a professional designer chose the colors and textures, because it all goes together well. I would recommend this place for those who value aesthetics but don't want to pay a fortune. It has full apartment equipment, including a combination washer-dryer right in the apartment. There was a two-burner slicktop hotplate, pots and pans, etc. My room had a view, but of nothing that special. You probably have to pay a higher rate to get the views of the city. I used the gym, and the equipment was very basic. There were about 3-4 cardio machines, and a universal station with weights. The pool isn't very big, but it's OK. Right across the street is a cheap internet place, and a little down to the left there's a healthy restaurant called Revive that I highly recommend. The location couldn't be better. You are right in the middle of the city, but on a quiet side street with no traffic noise.…
