Room and bed comfortable, but we booked to include breakfast and were then told we had to pay extra for a hot breakfast, we agreed to pay for it but the hot breakfast consisted of nearly cold bacon and sausages, only scrambled eggs no other egg option, there was also lack of normal breakfast black tea. Seems they may have a problem with keeping food at correct temperature, something they need to look at before someone gets sick, certainly not A grade food standard shown on their certificate, shame as the breakfast ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Auckland.

All I will say is this place need to be demolished it is a joke. Shower was dirty, carpets where sticky and stains all over it. Not worth the money. Walked in and walked right back out again. Do not stay here.

This is a great hotel. Very close to everything. The Beds were super comfortable and I'd be very happy to stay again. The breakfast was adequate however due to Covid the restaurant isn't open for dinner. There are loads of restaurants in walking distance though.
