Upon our arrival we were nicely welcomed (without any fuss) and shown how get into the carpark and our room. The car lift was a new experience for me - but easy to use and locating the car on the second level gave me a feeling of greater security for the vehicle. The room was compact but had everything you...

Arrived here on a Sunday from Gisborne as part of our tour of NZ. Attentive staff who gave us a tour of the facilities including the car park. There is a charge but the car was going to be parked for the couple of days we were here. Comfortable room, no view but contrary to other reviews there was a...

Having spent 3 nights here, 3rd floor, overlooking carpark, I had no real complaints. There is a lift in the hotel. The room was warm, clean and most of what you would need was supplied, except a shower hat! King sized bed, most comfortable, the pillows needed upgrading, but OK The kitchen area, had a sink, microwave, small stove top,...

The hotel is well situated to get round on foot with Countdown and a number of coffee stops within 5 minutes. The waterfront and all the restaurants are about 15min walk. Rooms are clean and have all necessities. Only complaint would be the monitor sized TVs. Staff are welcoming and eager to assist and give recommendations.

From the outset I need to 'fess up' to having over 10 year's experience in hospitality. From the incredibly seamless and professional check in (no wasted time going over information already given), the personal and orientation of building, room, services etc was just incredible! The lovely gentleman who welcomed us (and we later found out was the owner/manager) was so...

The Studio Apartment was clean and spacious. It had a very well equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs, desk and comfortable bed - everything we needed. No washing machine but free guest laundry. Close to bus terminus, supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

It is a great location and it is close to everything. You don't need to drive your car and there is a carpark next door. Can walk everywhere because it is close to everything. The wifi was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff helpful and there is a full facilities to be able to cook your meals.

The hotel was ideally situated in central Napier. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. We had access to a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor and we hadn't expected that. The standout for us was that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They helped us in every way possible including offering to take our...
