Very good location close to the heart of Napier. We had a ground floor one bedroom apartment. Stayed with wife and a baby, brought our own porta-cot. An old building so these rooms have massive ceilings - thats a problem when you have no aircon and ceiling fans alllll the way up there and a very small window to open....

For every thing we wanted, we got, with lots of smile. Nothing was too much, though they were fully booked out. We were late but every thing was ready. We asked for some changes and we got them without a fuss. Our golf got cancelled due to cyclone Pam but they got us other booking through their contacts. They are...

Napier was our first stop in New Zealand, so we did not know what to expect. This was a great location to walk around town, soaking up all the Art Deco. It was nice to have a clean place to spend the night. Nothing fancy, but still a nice, clean hotel. A lot of reviews talked about how hot it...

We visited straight after a stay at Quest in Rotorua so our expectations were high. We went from a 5 star modern apartment to an old fashioned, drab room with no air con and we couldn't open the windows!! My husband spent 2 hours sat on the balcony in the middle of the night just trying to cool down, which...

Had such a great stay at this hotel. The apartment was good and in such a great location. Within walking distance to everything in the city. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room did have a portable air-conditioning system through which was impossible to keep on during the night (extremely loud). We were never told if this was...

We spent 2 nights here 2nd week of February as part of our east coast trip. and can highly recommend this hotel The staff are great, helpful and always with a ready smile We had a 1 bedroom connecting to a studio room for our Sydney traveller on the ground floor very handy to the lifts and the foyer Having...

The front staff Lara is what makes this hotel special. She is friendly and helpful. However, having no air conditioning provided in our studio apartment is what drags down the rating of this hotel. Although this hotel is in the heart of New Zealand's Art Deco capital, having no air conditioning brings down the rating of the hotel. A past...

A brilliant week at Quest Napier. They know what people need from business travel, Ruben and others at front desk could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They are aided by the fact that Napier is such a wonderful place to visit and set in an amazing part of NZ, but the facilities and service at Quest would have...

This apartment is well equipped and really comfortable, the beach & town is a short stroll away. We arrived on a Sunday and were able to park for free in the public car park next door to the Quest (as long as you move the car before 8am the next day). This car park can get busy during the week...
