Very friendly service, lovely room, incredibly comfortable bed. All in all a lovely place to stay, just a couple of minor things we noticed that didn't really impact our stay but diminished the quality of the room like the kitchenette which has obviously been redone but the painting not finished

Wonderful views, cozy atmosphere! Definitely can recommend for families or group of friends. Some neighbours downstairs, but usually quite and nice. Paihia is a dream place itself. Friendly people as well as at the house!

Amazing location with a stunning view. Less than a 5 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, supermarket, etc. You have to cope with walking back up the hill on the way back, but it isn't that bad and the view is worth it. Everything in the room was thought of. The furnishings, bathrooms, appliances were all updated, and the amenities...

My partner and I stayed at Marlin House B&B for 4 nights over summer this year. We flew in to Auckland from Wellington and we drove for 3 hours, we were tired from the trip and we were really keen to get away from our busy lives in Wellington. When we arrived at Marlin House, we were greeted by this...

We spent a weekend in Marlin House what a perfect location that was. Overlooking the bays was just the best thing to wake up to. The service we received was really good and we were well catered for! We are already planning our next trip to this awesome place! Highly recommended!

Lovely spot, gorgeous views. Helpful staff. It was gat to have so many people able to stay but the double bedroom was a bit stuck in the middle, where other people had to walk through the room to get to their room. Apart from that, a lovely weekend was had by all.

“Better for a group of friends than couples due to the bed/room setup. Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen was in top notch condition. Lots of room to spread out in and amazing view from the lounge. Amazing outdoor areas for dining at as well. ”

“I had a Kingfish Suite, for two People, two-Night Stay. It was a basic room with a huge bed, lounge area, tv, ensuite and dining table with sink and microwave. I was shown a bigger room with more options which could cater for a bigger group of people, like family of friends. That room included a Spa.”
