after much comparisings, we have chosen this for the value and convenience. Near opposite the pier, walking distance to all amenities. Quite and serene. Though not the newest and luxury, but very comfy. recent renovation added the good impression. We chose the breakfast package, which was good and satisfying. Will definitely come again.

The room is ok and clean, the bar has a happy hour and a good view. The hotel is central to the main shopping / dining area. A nice place to stay and I would stay there again. 30 minutes free WIFI then you pay for it, should be all free like most places.

Is close to everything. No problem walking to all the attraction, but has a lot of stairs and maybe difficult for a lot of people. wifi did not work. Rooms are nice and coffee service is good with an option of small French Press. Pool is nice, I did not use it a lot because of the rain.

Stayed 2 nights in a very clean and comfortable room - the bathroom was modern and stylish. The pool area and gardens are absolutely beautiful - with a fantastic view across the road to the bay. Walking distance to the wharf and all shops and restaurants. Only negatives - more free wi-fi and remove the dated bedspreads - the room...

We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and spacious and very clean and tidy with everything you need. Nice and quiet the view is amazing! Not flash but everything is reasonably modern very tidy and the location is one of the best, given the good nightly rate, the location and the presentation I'd be back here before paying...

A good location for the centre of Paihia. It has a nice pool and gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. They only offer free wi-fi for 30mins per day which is ridiculous. Hence my dated comment. They should offer full free wi-fi like most modern hotels.

This hotel has fantastic location, near town centre with view over the bay. The rooms are spacious and clean, but being so close to the ocean, insects tend to invade the rooms ( moths, crickets). The rooms open into the main carpark so have no privacy. I had to close the curtains of my large windows permanently. The swimming pool...

We stayed on a car rally, our room was clean and tidy, modern fit out with a bath! The room had two queen beds and all the usual expected inclusions. Can't understand why NZ hotels still charge for wifi when we all know how cheap it actually is and given we are Aussies without data roaming, I believe it should...

We stayed overnight. The location is good and the reception staff were very helpful. However I think when paying a good price the wifi should be included ( not just 30 minutes free). The room was clean and comfortable.

We gad travelled across NZ in a camper van for 3 weeks and had decided to get a car for the final week and base ourselves in Paihia. This was a great location. Staff were very friendly and joked that we were moving in. Breakfast was well laid out and during happy hour the bar staff were also extremely friendly....
