I agree with the other excellent reviews. We spent a week here in a spacious room overlooking the river with a fine view of the falls from the large balcony. The view changes all the time and is spectacular. Paihia is close by. The owners are very pleasant and helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in a self contained apartment. Good location, everything you want or need is available. We were able to book an all day cruise from reception. The owners went above and beyond. They were very helpful and genuine. (Even gave me some after sun to ease the pain) Definitely be back

I cannot praise this campsite highly enough. The essential stuff:- the facilities are excellent, the toilets, showers and wash basins are clean (all the time) and the warm water in the showers is very good. The site, though small is very comfortable, the ground is good and very level. The power points and water are in very useable places and...

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was great. It is right on the river directly below the Haruru falls and has kayaks for hire so you can go right up to the base of the falls and down the river. The units were clean and tidy (though slightly dated). Location is a short drive from Paihia. Would definitely...

Stayed here as a family for four nights. Rooms were very clean and well serviced. What was impressive was the service - very helpful, offered lots of advice and support on what to do in the area. They couldn't do enough to help us. Would definitely return.

We stayed at the Falls Motel & Waterfront Campground in a tent for four nights between Christmas and New Year. We are a family of 4, including 2 toddlers. We really enjoyed our stay at the campsite, in particular the play area and trampoline for the children. It was nice to be close to Haruru Falls and the water. The...

All the amenities you need with 5 star views. The staff couldn't be nicer and made us all feel so welcomed. Great walks to Waitangi and you have to take up the kayaks to experience the falls close up and the wildlife in the waterway. Third generation of family to stay here and likely not the last. Super service.

This is an older style property with great rooms and a brilliant view of the Haruru Falls straight from the balcony of our family room. We were given a room on the first floor which had two bedrooms, a large dining table, kitchenette and living area. More than enough room for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and...
