A little home away from home. Cant fault this place. Friendly greeting, immaculate room, very quiet, great views, good sleep on comfy bed. This place was recommended to us i am now recommending to you. A few stairs to the indivual cabins on side of hill so elderely may need a hand to get cases up and down. Laundry on...

Had pre booked two cabins with sea views as part of a road trip around North Island so unsure what to expect. " no worries" it was brilliant - modern yet quirky beautifully clean and really well appointed with microwave, toaster, kettle , fridge and loads of crockery etc. Not "serviced" but bins emptied, beverages replenished and towels changed daily....

This is an unusal motel set into a steep hillside so that there is a walk up to most of the cabins. However the sea view and charming cabins are worth it. The main part is a studio with a separate bedroom. As a couple staying here we found this useful to stow our suitcases. It is a short walk...

Belinda and Pete have not overlooked anything to make a stay in their roomy chalets a memorable occasion. Situated amongst a sloping tumble of lush plantings, the setting is picture perfect ...with all widows offering a different exciting vista. Our accomodation had that fresh well looked after feel with a fully appointed kitchen having all the tools of trade. Tea,...

Great location, clean , well kept, tidy grounds and friendly staff, close to town. Must do walk up through bush at the end of School Road, can walk from Bay Cabinz as only a short distance to start of track , great views at top. Extended our stay in Paihia , so only stayed one night, but wish we had...

We have been placed in the highest cottage, which is nice. The room is not big but has everything - a queen bed and a small room with single bed. The motel is on the hill so that it is quiet. But it is just adjacent to the Paihia School which is next to the central of Paihia. Staying here...

Have stayed here a few times over the years. Always return as the service is good and the cabins are alway kept in excellent condition as is the whole property. Great place to stay to be able to walk to the shops for groceries or eating out or walking distance to the wharf if you want to get a ferry....

A very clever use of space - the cabins are set out on the hill amongst greenery an placed at offering angles, so that although you have near neighbours you don't feel hemmed in at all. There was plenty of room with small kitchen, separate bedroom and sitting room and a verandah for the evening drinks. Just a short walk...

A secluded but close to town motel that was clean, well equipped and with nice views. A very nice track nearby for a tramp with a view of the bay. Spacious, free parking, had a fabulous time! Helpful staff. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paihia. We even were lent beach towels after we checked out. There was a...

Stayed here for a couple of nights in a sea view chalet at the top of the plot and yes it's up quite a few steps but so well landscaped and laid out that meerly added to the charm of the place. I could happily have stayed here for a few nights more, loved the view, loved the chalet and...
