Great motel located a easy 5 min walk to the centre. room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Bathroom was clean but could use a tiny bit of modernizing. Free wifi, kitchen areas was very clean and the normal free tea/coffee available. The motel had a small pool, looked good but cant comment too much as i didnt use...

We were able to get a two bedroom unit for a night here. The layout was great--the bedrooms were small, but fine. There was a decent sized common space and a small kitchenette. This would be ideal for a group of four who wanted to spend a week in Paihia, but didn't want to eat out for every meal. The...

Booked here for 2 nights to visit the Bay of Islands. We had 3 rooms booked here and all rooms were extremely clean and nicely presented. All rooms self contained. We had 2 rooms ground floor and 1 room on first floor. Ground floor rooms had a lovely little garden area out the back and the 1st floor room had...

Although the value for the $ was ok we were very disappointed firstly upon arrival at the size of the pool and looked more like a pond, plus the pool furniture looked like was 20 years old. The rooms again were ok for price paid however carpet needed a real good clean as did the kitchen blinds. No new towels...

We enjoyed our winter three night stay in a roomy one bedroom downstairs unit. This recently renovated unit has a wet room bathroom. Everything looked fresh and colourful. The kitchen meant that we could prepare meals when we wanted to - just one minor issue - the microwave display didn't work so using it required guess work. Our room was...

It is not located at the beach or close to town, but is about 5-10 mins' walk away. The unit has two bedrooms plus the sitting area and kitchen. It is of good size and generally looks clean, but there is always a mysterious odor smell in our room. Otherwise everything works quite well as expected.

This motel is not on the hill but is near enough to town to get to the main attractions in about ten minutes. The staff are also very helpful and the rooms were a good size, with an adequate kitchen and furniture. The main issue is that it needs an upgrade as some of the net curtains were ripped and...

Stayed 2 nights in a 1 bedroom upstairs unit, we liked the fact there was a small kitchen as it meant we could buy breakfast supplies from the supermarket instead of eating out. Location wise it was perfect, close enough to walk to the main stretch of shops and restaurants or beach and wharf for boat or ferry trips. Unit...
