This is a really comfortable motel with the added luxury of your own hot tub! Special thanks to Fay on reception for her local knowledge and good advice. Also for booking our superb evening at Mitai Maori Village for us.

The rooms were amazing, never slept so good, I Can't say enough just book direct don't use...

Exceptionally friendly family owned and run hotel. We are a family of 5 who stayed 2 nights. Beautiful room with 3 beds (plus TV) upstairs (2 single, 1 double) for the kids and 1 double bed (plus another TV) downstairs for the parents. Full kitchen with expandable dining room table (to fit us all) and a spacious lounge. Cute little...

Rotorua is a very popular tourist destination with many options for accommodation. So to do well you have to offer something extra. The Arista of Rotorua is a good motel on the main strip of Fenton Street situated amongst a large number of alternatives. The rooms are nice, we had a family room (a queen, a double and two singles...

I stayed at the wonderful Arista of Rotorua back in September of 2015 and I'm pleased to write that Arista was one of the best places I stayed in New Zealand. Firstly, upon check-in, I was already impressed at the courtesy showed by both Anne-Marie and Mike. After a tour of our family mezzanine apartment, Anne-Marie went through absolutely everything...

Staff who attended to us was great as she introduced the facilities and recommended attractions for us to visit. Rooms were huge but dated. In room spa takes a while to fill. Got to get used to the intermittent Sulphur odour in the city.

Had a really enjoyable stay in a family trip to the north island. Very hospitable and towels a plenty. Great addition of a private spa. Will definitely recommend and return. One of the best accommodation we've stayed in so far and this being our 5th. Kids friendly and has a nice play area on site.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids (4, 6, 8, 10) and stayed here in December 2015. Friendly staff that helped with suggestions for things to do, directions, and even arranged discount coupons. Room was spacious and well suitable for a traveling family if you enjoy cooking for yourself. There also was a smallish swimming pool, which...

We stayed here for 2 nights - really comfortable and the service was excellent. The hot tub was an added bonus too. We had a family room with a mezzanine level and the kids loved having their own space. Would highly recommend if visiting Rotorua.
