Amazing hospitality! This is such a friendly household, and a very "homey" b&b! We had an amazing time, enjoyed coming home to a selection of teas, biscuits and snacks which were all in an open roomed kitchenet. Fantastic set up, and we LOVED the Brunswick lion!!!! Thank you for our kindness and hospitality, we loved it!!

Excellent place and fabulous location. Jonathan and lyndsey have been extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are huge and comfortable. The view just stunning. If u like a British style accommodation you will definitely love it. Made our honeymoon even more special.

We were wanting a relaxing weekend away from our business and this proved to be exactly what we were looking for and really was "absolutely fabulous". Lovely warm welcome from lovely down to earth hosts, Lindsey & Jonathan; very generous with the free extras such as home baking, chips & snacks & even offered us some Baileys and Cognac. Lovely...

I stayed here a few years ago, and was not disappointed to recently visit again. The hosts, Lyndsey and Jonathan, provide lovely hospitality at this purpose-built B&B. The setting, just a few kms out of Rotorua, is especially perfect for those who enjoy time-out from city rat-races. Think 'tranquil'. The expansive landscaped garden, and vista of the semi-rural setting, brought...

This B&B is set high above Rotorua and this room had a fine view across the valley however it is a 15 minute drive from the town and amenities. The room was comfortable and clean and the hosts served a good breakfast

In our 21-day New Zealand holiday, we stayed at 14 different B&Bs and hotels. 124 was among our favorites. While the room wasn't huge, it was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Our hosts were more than happy to share their knowledge of New Zealand and the immediate area, and served an absolutely delicious breakfast. We were glad we had the...

Recently stayed 2 nights and it was really lovely. Jonathan and Lindsey made the stay exceptional - they were warm, welcoming and really helpful. Our room was really lovely, beautifully furnished with a lovely private veranda area for sitting. Breakfast was gorgeous and Lindsey cooked lovely treats each day - thank you for a lovely stay.

The hosts at 124 on Brunswick went above and beyond during our 3 night stay! Lindsay offered to drive our "framily" to the early morning pickup point for their visit to Hobbiton, she made arrangements for us to be transported to/from our Mitai Maori experience, and Jonathon did our laundry!! They knew when to socialize and when to leave us...

Another "like at home" B&B. A lot of books at your disposal to enrich your culture and see what is possible to visit in the area. Lindsay & Jonathan will happily explain you where to go, where to eat and what' up in the area. Their garden is a nice piece of NZ with local plants and birds.

If I had 24 hours to write this review - I still wouldn't do it justice. Jonathan and Lindsay are exceptional, attentive and interesting hosts, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond what might reasonably be expected. Their house is brilliantly laid out, with fantastic views from their verandas over the lake and beyond. This said, it'd have been...
