Mick and Teresa were great hosts and we had a great experience during our stay. My daughter had a great time in the morning farm work experience and we loved the room and common areas. We arrived in the afternoon and were received with tea and biscuits. It was a pity we were not staying longer to enjoy the facilities.

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect B&B to spend four nights over Christmas. Teresa & Mick and wonderful and attentive hosts who bend over backwards to help you have a fantastic time in Rotorua. The small farm of sheep, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks and chickens which graze next to their small lake give such a serene and peaceful ambiance...

Absolutely incredible..... Mick and Teresa are such lovely and great hosts. Our 6 year old son Lachlan just loves helping Teresa feed the animals and clean up the donkey poo. Happy Hour between 9 and 10 at Micks Anglers Arms tasting Micks home made liqueur is something to also look forward to. Breakfasts are incredible and we are so happy...

Heaven on earth ! Warm welcome by Teresa and Mick (with a cup of tea and homemade brownies), lovely room, great shower, awesome garden (with a small zoo and cosy corners, swimming pool), cinema (800 movies), elaborate library, 6-star rated (!!!) breakfast (home beaked bread, garden picked fruit, home made muesli, jam, smoothies, relishes, yoghurt, ...) and every night @...

Mick and Teresa went out of their way to make our Christmas here a memorable one. Our BBQ in their garden was exactly what we had hoped for. The Garden room had everything in that we needed and was lovely to get back to. The cakes and other homemade goodies were a delight. Breakfast was a friendly communal affair made...

Fantastic host! Wonderfully warm and family friendly b&b!! The breakfast and the good stories were just amazing. The house is gorgeous, surrounded by flowers, farm animals, vegetables and fruits from the backyard. The best b&b i have ever stayed in.

Our family just spent 18 days touring the North and the South Islands in New Zealand. The original plan was to go on a road in trip in the States this year. However, our first visit to the North last year and in particularly, our stay in Mokoia Downs Estate left an incredibly deep impression on us, and especially on...

We had heard about this fantastic B & B from friends and family and were not disappointed in any way. From the moment we turned off the seemingly suburban street, we knew we were in for a treat. Mick and Theresa are the perfect hosts and have gone to amazing lengths to ensure that your experience is excellent. The importable...

My wife and I spent 2 days at Mokoia Downs where we were impressed by the wonderful care that Mick and Teresa gave to us. They took the time to learn about what we were interested in and introduced us to vendors and service providers who were just as fastidious in their care for customers. Mokoia Downs is also home...
