We stayed here for the first time, great location away from the hustle and bustle. Awesome top of the notch service with friendly staff who were wonderfully helpful. We enjoyed the scenery too, nice relaxing and oh yes the pool and spa were great too.

This is a great location, wonderful views over the lake, and close to Rotorua to see the attractions and then enjoy the tranquility. My room was comfortable, and I could sit outside in the mornings having a coffee. Food in the restaurant was excellent, during my stay with a group (Moa Tour 15 persons), had two great dinners, excellent lunch and one of the best breakfasts I have had for a long time. Congratulations to the staff, especially those in the restaurant and bar. Would thoroughly recommend. PS : we didnt have time to utilise the pool/spa

My wife and I stayed in this nice hotel in September 2020. We enjoyed our stay in a room with the lake view. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and had good features. We also had a wonderful breakfast where we experience an excellent service from a Filipino waitress who served us an excellently cooked breakfast. We will definitely consider another staycation in this wonderful hotel.
