Stayed here my husband and four other friends. We found the property to be very comfortable and really appreciated the courtyard with the hot tub which was completely private. There was a lovely BarBQ area beyond the courtyard but unfortunately we did not take the opportunity of using it but I am sure it is a great spot. This property...

We had a quick stay here. I chose the Alpin because of the location near the tennis club and also the Redwoods. It was very clean and tidy with two tvs, and a nice bathroom. We like the private courtyard with a thermal bath. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped - with a coffee plunger which...

We stayed two nights with 3 people in one unit, there were two double beds in two rooms. The unit was clean and tidy. every room has its own hot tub but we didn't use it because it was pretty dirty. The outside area was also in need of an update. The owners were very friendly and helpful. All in...

I had stayed here years ago when it was called The Puhinui. Apart from fancy new signage it looked little different from the outside. Inside it had been refurbished lightly, except for a brand new bathroom. I didn't deiiberately choose it because of familiarity - I selected it because a google search found prettty good prices on offer compared to...

We have recently stayed at Alpin Motel and once again we loved it! This motel caters for all your needs, and is super comfty and handy to the city centre and main highways / attractions. We love how family friendly, yet private the motel unit is, the private plunge pool and unit itself is our highlight, and it suits us...

stayed in room 2. One queen room and one queen bed in the lounge, kitchenette room. One of the chairs was duct taped together and being on the curvaeous (aka fat) side ...didnt want to tempt fate by sitting in it. The shower and toilet leaked...and we ran out of toilet paper ...and then the tissues by the end of...

Really enjoyed our stay, a little tiring trying to work through the translation of booking.com to the reception process, but it was lovely place for us and our children, this is one of our favourite places to stay because of the hot tubs and proximity to the pool, i have noticed that the property has changed hands,

We stayed for 2 nights and found it to be great value for money. The Receptionist was very nice and offered discount and advice on tours/activities. The room was very clean and had great amenities including a private outdoor hot tub to relax in at night after a long day.

Rooms are very tired looking & slippery tiles resulted in a few tumbles by our youngest. Heating isn't wonderful but I'm told half the units still have radiator heating so if you're travelling in winter it may pay to ask for one of those specifically. We only needed somewhere to sleep so suited our purposes but wouldn't be in a...

This motel was cheap so I should have expected what I got but unfortunately I would not stay here again. I dont want to be too negative because you get what you pay for but the place seems really rundown, the rooms are not modern, they feel very un-clean and I was not happy to stay there at all. If...
