Very enjoyable stay in Rotorua. Food at Nikau restaurant was delicious and our waiter Jason was great. We had breakfast two mornings which was fairly average but the staff are friendly. The hotel has a great pool which gets super busy and spa is well maintained. Only con was the check-in took a while and when we checked in there was someone else's bag in the room, so we called reception and was asked to go down again. When we went down they advised it was a mistake and the bag shouldn't have been placed there so off we luggaged our bags to the room again which was a hassle but besides that a good stay. I would happily go back.

We got a good deal on a room at this lovely big hotel. Comfy beds, great warm pool and spa, clean, nice and spacious. We enjoyed the uncrowded areas given covid restrictions. We've stayed here several times over the years, it's our go-to hotel in Rotorua. Staff very friendly and accommodating thank you! Only downer was the full buffet breakfast isn't operating Mon-Thurs during covid times but that's totally understandable and we were grateful that the pool/spa area was open all day till late.

Dear Serene We're delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for sharing your feedback, it is most appreciated. Our apologies that you did not get to enjoy a breakfast buffet during your stay. Our buffet is dependent on numbers staying in the hotel. When the hotel is busy then the buffet will operate. When occupancy is low we offer a choice of alcarte items such as Eggs Benedict, 3-egg Omelette, Big Breakfast or Warm Waffles. We hope to be able to welcome you back in the very near future. Once again, thanks for your feedback. Take care

Millennium Hotel is perfectly situated, next to mystical Lake Rotorua and a brief stroll from the city centre. We enjoyed our stay but the view was disappointing. Great lobby with a nice sitting area, having to go through a glass tunnel over a lovely garden, connecting to the rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable with good size rooms.
