We were greeted with some surprise that as New Zealanders we were actually staying at a B & B. We found this a great place to stay. Comfy room with En Suite, hot mineral pool to lounge in, fabulous breakfast continental and/or cooked, and Frank and Monica going overboard to please and be friendly and welcoming. With walking distance to...

Walking distace to the town centre and quiet location. The room decor and furniture needed up dating and the bathroom was basic however the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Frank was friendly & helpful and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the guest lounge.

We booked this accommodation sight unseen based on an add in some tourist guide - Jasons from memory. It looked great from the pictures! When we arrived we were a bit surprised, but we're amazed at how friendly our hosts were, and what great service and help they provided. However, the photos provided in the advertising did misrepresent the B&B...

Frank and Monica's dedication to their guests above and beyond what you might normally expect was the most memorable thing about our stay.Free transfers to and from the airport, complimentary laundary facilities for those staying more than one night, free internet and hot tub plus the amazing ability to always be around should you need any help and to melt...

Stayed 3 nights in a double ensuite room. The property itself is not much to write home about (some bits and pieces are in serious need of renovation), but the service really deserves 5 stars! Cooked breakfast, comfy bed, complimentary pick-up from airport (followed by mini-tour in the town), free WLAN and laundry service, drop off to bus stop... just...

We spent 1 night here in December, and it was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was provided that you could ask for. Lovely, enthusiastic hosts who couldn't do enough for us - we could have talked for ages! Great breakfast and very close to the centre in a quiet street. Thanks again for a great stay!

Frank and his wife were fantastic hosts, with good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. In addition to being a lovely place to stay with a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast, they did have a room to accommodate a group of 3 (which was rare in our experience). The spa pool, complimentary internet service, and full bathroom amenities were added perks!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Tresco Rotorua. Frank and Monica were lovely, and we felt very well taken care of here. The hosts take great pride in their B&B, and we felt as though we were special guests in their home. The whole establishment was very clean. Added bonuses were the spa pool and the excellent...

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights, mid-September and really enjoyed our stay. Frank and Monica were so welcoming and keen to make sure we had a good time. They are obviously very proud of their B&B and want everyone who stays to be comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and the spa pool was just what was needed...

I stayed at here in June 2012 for 3 days 2 nights. It's a charming little bed and breakfast, very homey : ) It was really clean and comfortable and quiet. Even though I stayed at the blue room which is considered one of the biggest room in the B&B but I still find the size to be considered at the...

“This is a one level accommodation and has the b&b is in a quieter area of town, it wouldn't matter which room you had for a quiet night sleep. Some rooms have their own ensuite and others do not, so you would need to book your preference.”
