Eaton Hall B&B no longer exists, in fact it hasn't existed as a B&B for 20 years!!! It is a guest house most likely for backpacking travelers. Not all rooms have en suite bathrooms, although our did. It was adequate. It was very cheap and the hosts were gracious, kind and very helpful. There were fridges and a fairly well-equipped...

We read about Eaton Hall B&B in a Lonely Planet guide and it was everything it was cracked up to be. The location is central to the town of Rotorua, it's not too expensive, you get hot tea and biscuits in your room, and the home cooked English style breakfast was delicious!
