Family of 4 stayed in a 2 Bedroom Exectutive Suite for 3 nights and loved it. Easy to book, friendly staff and easy checkout. Beautiful room, upstairs and overlooking the pool. Lovely and tidy and serviced daily. Up to date decor and poolside towels offered. Both bathrooms had a shower with the main bathroom having a soaker tub. TVs in both bedrooms and one in the lounge. We tried the mineral pool but at the height of summer we really just went to have a look. The pool however got a lot of use from us, before 9am swims and afternoon/evening ones to finish off the day. Beautiful sitting Poolside. Great location. We really enjoyed our time and are sure to be back.

A spacious room, very clean with small lounge area, comfy bed and bathroom with shower and appealing decor. A/C worked great. Great location with Eat Streat right next door and a short stroll to the lake front. Right in the heart of the city with shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ten minutes walk to the cinema. We enjoyed the thermal pool and cooler swimming pool. I had the Spanish omelette for Breakfast it was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was friendly. That set a tone and was consistent from all staff. We booked the bigger room. It was spotless, consisted of bedroom; small lounge and a bathroom with shower and bath. The bed was very comfortable and the soundproofing in the room was to a good standard. The A/C unit worked well and was quiet. Decoration was certainly themed and it was clear a lot of thought has gone into this, even if it wasn't to my individual liking. We asked ourselves at the end of our stay, "what more could we expect from a hotel" and the answer was nothing. Centrally located a short walk from Eat street: we will return again.

The Regent boutique hotel in Rotorua was a joy. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the 1st meet and everyone maintained the same warm helpful manner throughout. The food was beautiful! I heartily recommend the Mushroom dish but don't offer a "taste" to your companion cause you don't get it back ha ha. The breads and pastries are all made on site and are amazing. Thank you all again for a lovely experience. My daughter has already re-booked. Meri Kirihimete
