the apartments were easy to find with good instructions on how to get to the carpark, carparking is limited on the roof top and with no guarantee that there will be a space when you get there. apartment was clean and had everything you needed, bed was comfy and good quality bedding. close to all the shops and restaurants and...

We enjoyed our stay in Quest New Plymouth. Close to sea, shops, restaurants, i-site, museum and Art Gallery. Very helpful staff from check-in onwards, Anup and Tristan were especially helpful and friendly. Room was clean and light, just as we had expected when booking with Quest.

We stayed six nights with six people with three rooms. The first room was a one bedroom with a lounge and one bedroom for two adults. The second room for four people was a studio with a one bedroom apartment with interconnecting doors plus a rollaway in the lounge as we have teens of different sexes.A bit of a bad...

Clean but slightly clinical. Large light rooms with wonderful quiet aircon which heats as well as cools. Super fast BB. The kitchen area was more than adequate , a full size fridge freezer was welcome. There was a small bottle of milk inside , a nice touch :) Bathroom was modern & super clean with a spa bath with shower...

With quest accommodation you know what you're going to get. I had a long day and flew into New Plymouth late around 8pm. A short cab ride from the airport the hotel was unattended when I arrived which is standard for quest after hours, code and getting access wasnt an issue. As always quest provide very clean amenities, WiFi included,...

We stayed at the Quest for 4 nights and enjoyed it. I will endorse the earlier post of the 6/1/17 and reiterate that the reception on arrival was appalling. Anjura who was on duty on the day we arrived was beyond rude. The Manager when informed was quick to make amends with a bottle of wine and vouchers to the...

I'd recommend staying here. Especially with a family. We got 2 rooms. Both were big but the queen bed apartment was huge. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. There's a shopping centre across the road. The coastal walkway is 2 minutes away. There's also star bucks across the road. Plus free wifi. Just remember to prebook a car park...

Superb location in the centre of town with good eateries and tourist attractions near by. Rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly. Staying here includes access to the local City Fitness gym and the Aquatic Centre so it's perfect if you're away for work

It's a renovated post office building so comes with a bit of character. Rooms are well appointed reasonably sized and comfortable. Fair value for the price. 5 minutes walk from all the sites. It is an apartment hotel though so no restaurant or bar (all within that 5 minute radius though) and reception closes early. However if that's what you...

The Quest was centrally located with all facilities close by. The staff were very pleasant. The room was well furnished and had a quality bed. Also included a washing machine and dryer so we finished our trip with clean clothes to take home.
