We booked this accommodation pretty last minute. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and the booking process was simple and easy. Chalet had everything we needed, very basic but kitchen facilities were an added bonus. Beds were super comfortable for what they were, would definitely book again.

Stayed in a cabin out the back. Nice and comfortable accommodation. Clean. Can hear some road traffic in the mornings but not over the top. Mainly because of road works out the front that will be over with soon by look of it. Good cafe over the road and tavern over the road with great friendly staff. Would stay again

I was always taught, if you can't say anything good about something, say nothing at all. So I'll say nothing at all, apart from one thing, I felt like I needed a shower after I spent the night there. I can't say more. Although this site is saying I must. Ok, don't stop here.

We 4 adults booked a chalet and could have stayed in a nice motel for the same price Beds were clean but the floor - you could feel the dirt on your feet - the stove elements - rings were rather dirty - would have like some wine glasses - a bit of a rip of for what it is

Booked thinking I was in motel but instead was in filthy smelly chalet. 3 adults 3 kids. The bed for one adult was a pull out couch that was broken. I told manager and no attempt to refund for this. Do not stay here.

We had to stay at this Motel while my mother was in Waipuna Hospice. The staff were so helpful and understanding of the fact that we only wanted to book on a day by day basis as we didn't know who long we were going to need accommodation. We had family coming and going at all hours of the day...

Very clean and tidy, was not sure how it would be due to a couple of bad reviews but I could not fault the place. No road noise and lose to our venue. Will stay here again next year. Staff were all courteous and helpful.

I was very disappointed with the accomodation, the gardens and outside of the property very tired and untidy, very noisey due to very busy Road so sleep was quite difficult. The rooms where tidy but also very tired, we where in room 8 and the Toilet did not flush well at all .

Stayed here for a wedding in a 2 bed apartment. Great size room with all you needed including big fridge and storage. Staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. Nice pool and play equipment for kids. Some noise as on a main road but not too bad Only negative was the Wifi Hotspot was horrible and barely worked.

We had a family wedding in Tauranga and we had four motels booked. We had one towards the back. It was very nice. Full Fridge and stove, clean and well maintained. We were very happy there. Pauline and her staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommend strongly. Its a bit of a drive out of Tauranga but worth it.
