My husband and I just spent two nights at Acorns during our first ever visit to Wellington. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hostess, Emily, was terrific. In addition to a first-rate breakfast (including the best bread ever), she provided us with helpful tips and information about Wellington and the area. Such a pleasant visit. Wish we could do it...

Wonderful B & B. Attention to detail amazing. Delightful surprises, fresh bread, juice and delicious fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Bed has lovely linen and is so comfortable you will feel like it is your own bed. Hosts are delightful and so kind. Acorns is an extremely comfortable and well equipped B&B. The rooms are self-contained and extremely private. The hosts are delightful people who will go out of their way to help their guests and recommend interesting things to see and do in the Wellington area. We were fortunate to get a booking at this simply first class accommodation, so wonderfully located in Seatoun, yet quite , but very near to the city centre, a short car ride away. Everything was perfect with wonderful treats, home made cakes and wonderful fresh ingredients for breakfast each day, and such a comfortable bed. Highly recommended and far superior...

It's not only a super comfortable place on top of having a beautiful ocean view and being in a very nice safe neighborhood, the owner Emily and Tim are a really nice and helpful couple who go over beyond to...

Great location about 15 mins drive from city center. If you prefer local transportation, bus ride to city center is close by . We had a one night stay in the garden studio. Place was quaintly furnished and Emily's home baked goodies and breakfast was a nice touch. We hope to be back for a longer stay in their sea...

Unfortunately for us we were only able to stay one night here. We arrived in Wellington after a long day of travel and Tim and Emily left a key for us. When Emily returned she made a point to introduce herself and see if we had any questions. It was Valentine's Day and she gave us a wonderful recommendation for...
