My husband and I recently stayed the refurbishment is nice however rooms are too small compared to other hotels we have stayed at. There was no wear to sit apart from a small desk that was in the room. There was no price list for the mini bar so we didn't have anything from there and ordered our drinks with...

We stayed here for 5 nights. Our room had lovely views of the bay and city. Our bed was so comfortable, and the showers are blissful. Our room was tastefully done. We ate at the restaurant and had a delicious meal. The staff are delightful, so helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. We didn't have a car and...

A very immaculate hotel since being converted. I had stayed there prior to the updating and was pleasantly surprised to see how well it had changed. And would recommend a night there to experience it.

The room was great!...

I stayed here for two nights on business. It's not one of my usual hotels that I stay in Wellington but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel rooms which were stylish and comfortable with nice amenities in the room. What let the hotel down for me was its service. When I went to order room service dinner on my...

We have been members of AccorPlus Le Club for a few years and with the new Sofitel being closed for a year due to a restaurant fire, we were despairing of the absence of an Accor Group Five Star establishment in Wellington. With three stays recently over a total of seven nights at the newly refurbished Grand Mercure The Terrace,...

Stayed here for a last minute city break and would highly recommend the Grand Mercure Wellington. Centrally located and within 5minutes walk to Cuba Street, this was a great location for my first visit to Wellington cite centre. Reception was immaculate, with friendly staff. Rooms were well proportioned, comfortable and quiet. I would say however that the bed pillows were...

It was an unexpected stay. I chose this hotel because I an Accor member. It was very easy to book online & also corresponded with a special deal so very fortunate.
