Stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment no 21. Very spacious living/dining/kitchen area with two double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Everything you need was provided for even washing powder for the washing machine. Spotlessly clean and easy to check in after hours with the lock box. Very comfy beds and pillows, a bit of road noise at...

Apartment 20 looked like the other apartments from the outside, quite charming and I felt excited to see what lay behind the door. I am afraid that is where the joy came to a screeching halt, with the strongest stench of smoke. It was overwhelmingly and enough to cause me a headache (and I don't generally suffer from headaches. It...

Apartment Style accomodations. With kitchen facilities, washer and dryer. Free internet as well. Centrally located so it is a short walk to the attractions, eating and shopping places. Highly recommended for families. Accomodations are on the 2nd floor with no lift access. So not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Located at the center of Wellington easy to access places like Te Papa Museum and Wellington Cable Car. Opposite of the apartment is the capital square where you can get almost the entire world food especially Asian food. There is also a Japanese and Korean restaurant right below the apartment. The place is quiet too the kids love the attic...

Positives: We love the location. We walked everywhere. We walked more than 17K steps with our 5 years old twins. The apartment was big and clean. We love the washing and dryer facilities. They even provided the laundry detergent. I love the size of the bedroom and how quiet it was. The living room was spacious with good privacy from...

Thank you for your feedback, it does seem like our system did not work for you, which is a shame as it has been very successful to date. Our management team now have it on the list to look at other communication options for check in. We send booking confirmations to our guests prior to arrival with the check in...

This is a large 2 bedroom apartment with all comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen with coffee plunger, good frying pan, washer and dryer. The bedrooms are very comfortable, bathroom is sizable, good wi-fi. The decor is beautiful. A few blocks from downtown, with a funky eating alley right outside. Hotel a few doors down provides keys, garage card, storage...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and modern, opened out the back to your own courtyard which was big enough to be a backyard (was shared with the apartment next door). A big drawback is that the apartments are on top of some shops, and it is all stairs and more stairs to get to our apartment...

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Being such a central location the parking is an arrangement with Wilson's up the road, make sure you organise a parking pass before driving into Wilson's to get that discounted rate. The apartments are a fantastic find, so spacious and well equipped.

What a lovely place to base our stay in Wellington. Easy walking distance to everything in a quiet location. We had a two bedroom apartment. Bedrooms upstairs with a great kitchen/dining/lounge area downstairs. Large bathroom plus laundry facilities. Couldn't have asked for more. Warm, comfortable and convenient. Perfect.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage son's, and found it a great place to stay. There was plenty of space, and it was really convenient having a decent kitchen and washing machine and dryer. The location was good as there were bus stops nearby, many of the sites are within walking distance, and there were plenty of places nearby...
