This apartment was very convenient for walking to attractions, but we were disappointed in the apartment. It was very small and very hot. No air con. To park our car was also tricky, but that's what you get when you stay in the central city. The room was to be serviced each day, but this did not happen.

Recently stayed for 2 days when attending Edinburgh Tattoo, room was very clean & as we were on 1st floor, we also had access to terrace where we were able to relax @ good seating provided. The location is very central, we left our vehicle in car park of hotel & were able to walk to Te Papa, & Westpac...

I stayed here with two friends for 6 nights and we all came away slightly underwhelmed. The location is great (quite close to everything - waterfront, shops, cable car - and only a 20min walk to the Basin Reserve cricket ground) and reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and serviced daily which was great. The apartment...

I do not usually review, but feel I have too. The location is really good. The room 5K was clean and spacious. Bathroom is tiny but adequate. Staff extremely polite and courteous. However: NO AIR CONDITIONING, just a small noisey ineffective fan, which did not help when trying to sleep. Worse though, THE CONTINUAL SMELL OF INDIAN COOKING. I'm sorry...

So handy to city centre. We were put off with the smell of Indian cooking in the corridors of level 5. It smelt like an Indian restaurant, people should NOT be allowed to cook such bad smelling foods in their hotel rooms.

Our room was very small with a very small double bed. The room was very hot since it was hard to get fresh air into the room. The whole hotel smells like an Indian restaurant and all the different neighbours are noisy almost all night and already early in the morning.

I have stayed in this hotel before, however it was winter so didn't notice how hot it was. This time it was stifling! No air-conditioning and too noisy to keep the doors open to get some airflow. There was a fan provided but all this did was circulate hot air leading to a terrible nights sleep and the feeling of...

Location is perfect to visit the city. Facility conditions are good but the hosts and service are nice. It was my first time to visit Wellington and it was not easy to find a place to stay, my local friend introduced Quest service apartment to me because of the good location and reasonable price. It is very convenient to walk...

Very comfortable, quiet room, with plenty of space for suitcases, etc. We stayed 4 nights. It is close to the downtown area once you know the shortcut through the James Cook Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There is a gym on the ground floor available for guests' use. Internet wi-fi is available but comes at a cost...

Got to our room and found it very hot as the sun shone over the busy motorway and directly into our room. The motorway was so noisy that the door could not be left open to try and cool the room during the night. My wife was so hot that she decided to use the provided roll away bed to...
