My wife and I stayed at Broomfield Garden Cottages for 3 nights recently on our trip to New Zealand. We stayed in the Peony Cottage which was clean, spacious and well appointed and afforded lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Christine and Phil have only recently taken over Broomfield from the previous hosts and are trying very hard to make...

We had the pleasure of staying the night at the beautifully presented Wisteria Cottage. It was our final night of our trip and it is a must to come back! Treat yourselves to a gorgeous stay in the midst of the wineries. Very spacious 2 bedroom, detached cottage with restful decor and the most comfy of beds. Lovely and clean...

We went to Renwick for the experience of 'getting away' for a couple of days cycling and enjoying the vineyards. Kaye and Gary were the perfects hosts, there for a chat and great suggestions and for providing wood for the cosy fire in the evenings. Kate's breakfasts were presented beautifully. We appreciated the homemade bread and granola, the local fruits...

We've just spent 4 lovely nights at Broomfield, cosily tucked away at the edges of Renwick. We came down for the Marlborough food and wine festival and were warmly welcomed by Kaye and Gary (who as fate would have it would be close friends with parents of a friend of ours - God bless New Zealand!) We stayed in the...

We are a younger couple that stayed in the Winter cottage for three nights in April 2015. It was a clean pleasant cottage and we were cooked lovely breakfasts each morning by Kay and Gary. At the time of booking we weren't aware there was no TV or wifi available, and there were no block out curtains in the bedroom,...

The best b&b in blenheim. Well looked after by gary and kay. 2 lovely cottages and spacious room in the big french style main house. Gardens immaculate and cover a park like setting and a credit to the owners. In the heart of the Marlborough wine region at Renwick township and within walking and cycling distance of numerous prestigious wineries...

We discovered Broomfield Cottages almost by accident. What a wonderful surprise! The decor of our multi-room cottage was a picture of perfection in calming pastels, with a lovingly tended garden just outside the back door. The generous, healthy breakfast that our charming hosts Kaye and Gary delivered to our door each morning was as beautifully presented as it was delicious....

What a delight Broomfield Garden Cottage is - unfortunately we were only able to stay one night (8/3/14) but oh so wish it could have been longer. Kaye and Gary are absolutely charming and such generous and wonderful hosts. We arrived to find fresh flowers and homemade cake and breakfast the following morning was, quite honestly, the best breakfast we...

We have stayed just one night in this excellent cottage on our way to the Picton Ferry the next day. Although tropical typhoon Lusi was blowing her anger the very night we slept like babies in the comfortable winter cottage. Gary and Kaye are wonderfull hosts and we still feel ashamed we did not enjoy their generous breakfast offer to...

This was a quaint little cottage with friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfasts were homely and generous. The fire place would be nice in winter. The bed was comfortable. It is a central location within the wineries whilst still being in a secluded, quiet spot on their property.

“The Winter Cottage is divine in the winter with the fireplace, but I imagine it's just as lovely in the summer. Very private, but a stones throw to the main house should you need.”
