What a spotless chalet, and so big, a twin room, very comfortable beds, big fluffy towels. And a double bedroom once again spotless and comfortable, The shower was very good, as were the toiletries. Reception was excellent with local information, advising us where to eat. Milk tea and coffee supplied Pool, trampoline, and children play area Would highly recommend

The ground look like they have recently been refurbished. Room/unit was really nice with a decent kitchen, plenty of space and comfy beds. There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite but the weather wasn't great so it was a bit chilly in there! :) Not far from the town centre and there are some decent pubs nearby.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The shower was great. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no little to no storage for clothes, but as we were only staying a few nights it was not much of an issue. Our girls loved the pool and were there as often as we would let them. The trampoline, swings and slide...

Booked small studio and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too small even had small kitchenette . Very clean and tidy . The shower was a bit of a hassel to work out and needs replacing. Was a bit paranoid that there was ajoining rooms to mine and both doors unlocked! Reception friendly and wifi worked well. Good location....

We were as paranoid as you when we discovered the doors had been left unlocked. Our apologies for that. Your comment on the shower has been passed on to the plumber for his appraisal.

Stopped for the night, easy to find. Rooms were clean and comfortable, better towels here than a more expensive place the night before!Motel is convenient to shops and dining options. Didn't hear too much road noise at night. Handy to the river paths or Pollard Park for a walk. Staff welcoming. Good value for money, recommend.

We stayed there as a family on the way down to Christchurch and had a most enjoyable stay. The unit was quiet and neat and the living area was remarkably spacious. The bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc and the kitchen was rather small, but besides that it was an all round good experience.

We stayed one night in a small studio unit on our way south. We arrived just on 9pm when the office should be closing however the host was still there waiting for us. He was friendly and not pushy as some can be when you arrive late. We found the room very comfortable and not too small at all. The...
