Free Cancellation for most booking is up to 48 hours before check-in, but in the cases of group bookings, more than two rooms, we would require 7 days notice, as with "Special Event" bookings, without a weeks' opportunity to resell rooms, when 99% of potential guests would have their accommodation sorted and planned well before then, short notice would leave us with no income from that booking.
We do not have a restaurant on the property, although 5 minutes walk down the road would be one of the best feeds in the district, at the Speight's AleHouse..
We do not know how to service bicycles! there are many options for hiring bikes, which will deliver to the property guests are staying at. It is a bit like providing a "taxi" service to guests, we are in the business of accommodation, not licensed to drive people, Taxi firms pay huge fees to run their business legally, as do we, in our line of business.
