Thank you Paul and Daphne for a beautiful stay! We loved the Stables accommodation, and your property is so serene and lovely. We especially loved meeting the chooks and the sheep - very fun! Excellent hosts, provided anything we needed (pain killers and laundry use included!). The perfect balance of privacy and service. One thing which wouldn't go astray is...

We were a family of 7 staying in 2 cottages over 2 nights which included the Woolshed. The accommodations were wonderful with friendly and helpful hosts. The area was quiet and serene and surrounded by beautiful vineyards. All basic amenities are met with a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge was fully stocked with bread, fresh milk, orange juice, eggs, etc.The...

We'd been recommended to stay here by our travel agent and having spent the previous few nights in different hotels it was a pleasure to stay here for a more homely feel. Everything was comfortable, and the provisions for breakfast were great - especially loved the home made jam!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the end of our 3 plus week visit to New Zealand. These are housekeeping situations where you make your own breakfast from farm fresh eggs, home made jam and bread provided by the inn keeper. We made cheese omelets using smoked cheese we got from a local supermarket. The owners...

We spent one night in the Old Dairy. It is good value for a one night stay. Bed was not comfortable, a bit saggy. The room is a bit tight on space, okay for one night but not much room for suitcases etc.. The owners leave breakfast provisions in the fridge, for two people we had 2 eggs, 6 slices...

We had a cosy one night stay in the old dairy cottage - great for a short stop. Beautiful property, tended with much love by Daphne and Paul who were warm and welcoming. We arrived early before our room was ready and she let us in early to freshen up quickly before heading out for lunch. Charming grounds to sit...

We spent a wonderfully relaxing night in the Woolshed at St Leonards, nestled in the middle of the vineyards of Marlborough. Our welcome from Daphne was friendly, pleasant and thorough, pointing out the facilities (including animals, bikes, petanque and fruit trees) available. The restoration of the Woolshed is amazing and really quite unique with beautiful wooden beams and floors throughout....

My husband and I stayed in the Stables for two nights during our honeymoon. Paul and Daphne were wonderful during our visit. Their grounds are absolutely beautiful. The stable is the most secluded and has a nice view of the vineyards, orange orchard with deer, and a nearby chicken coupe. There was a private rustic picnic bench if we wanted...

Situated in the wine country of Marlbrough, this B & B is a Gem. It is a beautiful old farm with outbuildings that have been charmingly made into private quarters for their guests. My husband and I stayed in "The Stables" which looks out onto a lovely lemon orchard with an organic vineyard in the distance. There are sheep, deer...
