Great accommodation in Blenheim, aprix 1km from the CBD, supermarkets and resturants close by, the room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was great, nice and private at the back of the property in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are into wine or aviation Blenheim is a great town with lots of cute botique shops. Highly recommend to anyone...

Our visit was for business and pleasure, never having been to Blenheim previously, Ian proved to be a valuable resource and dependable host. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian. Breakfast was superb especially as we were served beautiful fruit from Ian's own land. We felt welcome as soon as we stepped into this beautiful Bed and Breakfast, a home...

Stayed here for one night in the cottage. We had everything we needed and more - toaster, kettle, hairdryer, heater to name a few. Our bed was comfy. Everything was very clean and we liked the interior design. It's a quiet residential area but still central, which we liked. Ian was a very welcoming host. There was a sign up...

My mom and I rented the caravan for 2 nights and it was great! It is equipped with a kitchenette inside, separate sink for washing up at night, full fridge in the add-on section of the caravan, tv and private bathroom just outside of the unit. Great owners and decent location, only about a 10-15 minute walk into the CBD...

Regretfully had to cancel by phone in November 2016 just after earthquake. Spoke to owner who was abrupt. On night of the would-be booking, owner called me at 2200hrs asking my whereabouts? I informed him that I had cancelled some two months previous. He was angry and still debited my credit card. I have asked him for money back, he...

I was passing through Blenheim and needed a bed for a few hours so booked the caravan. We were delayed leaving ChCh so I rang to let them know and that there would be two of us. Nothing was a problem, the van was being renovated so we had been upgraded to a little cottage, the second bed was made...

Stayed for two nights, perfect cottage, quiet and very clean and comfortable all mod cons available, the owner Ian very friendly and accommodating and gave great local information, used as a base whilst touring the wine region around Blenheim.

Of all the accommodation that we had booked for our road-trip around NZ, this was the one we were most worried about. But we needn't have been concerned. It turned out to be a lot of fun! The caravan accommodation is, literally, a caravan in the garden. But this is not a caravan that you could hitch up and tow...

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time! The owner Ian is lovely and takes good care of his guests, you can feel immediately that he enjoys having guests! He made yummy breakfast with home made fruits from his garden, fresh coffee (no instant!!!) and he gave us good advice for doing a wine tour by bike....
