Very comfortable quarters, a really great staff, clean and modern, well located just a few minutes from the cbd, train station and central park. The rumble you hear once or twice a night is a train, not an earthquake. (It's not a problem or concern.) I'll tell you how nice the grounds are: one evening the wind came up and...

The property is very clean and well maintained. It is in a good location, across the gardens from the city centre and a reasonable walk to the train station. The internet was free and worked well. There is a guest laundry. The room was small but comfortable.

This was a quaint little hotel/motel near the park and relatively easy walking distance to the city center. The rooms were clean and large with free internet. Despite being right off a main road, it was quiet. There are also good restaurants in the vicinity and quite close to the rail station.

This motel is a good choice for travellers to Christchurch. It is situated on busy Riccarton Rd but the traffic noise was not noticeable in our room. There was plenty of room with a separate bedroom and roomy lounge area. We had a small kitchenette with all the usual facilities such as plenty of crockery & cutlery. Very friendly receptionist...

Lovely big, clean and well appointed apartment with great bathroom. Stayed here twice whilst touring South island. Both rooms were very good. Plenty of nice toiletries provided and from memory these were made locally. Good location on Riccarton Road with bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Just across the road there was a liquor store which was handy!! Easy...

Stayed in the Lorenzo for 5 nights. The staff on arrival were very helpful. The motel is located very close to Hagley Park which makes access into Christchurch city centre very easy. Riccarton is a great area to stay with all amenities within walking distance. The room was of excellent standard and made our stay very comfortable.

The Lorenzo is within walking distance the Botanical Gardens and a number of restaurants. The room was large, with a seating room, well equipped kitchen area, and a spa tub in the bathroom. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. We requested an early check in, which the owner graciously allowed at no extra charge. We were very...

We have now stayed in the family room, smaller room and spa rooms and they are all well appointed and very comfortable. Really recommend the spa bath - perfect size for a nice relaxing soak and the hotel...

A lovely motel. We had a friendly welcome from the owner who showed us to our room. The room was immaculate and nicely furnished. An excellent Wi-Fi Internet connection. The room had everything you need and there were drinks and biscuits available in the room for purchase. We had a ground floor room and there was a nice private decked...
