This is a beautiful house and you will get a great welcome from Pam and Denis. We didn't enjoy the best of weather in Christchurch but Pam had lots of helpful suggestions for rainy day visits. Merivale is not far away with nice restaurants, but the centre of town is only 4k away.

Stunning B&B property and gardens just outside the city centre with easy access by bus or bike to the centre and main visitor attractions. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and really make you feel at home. Added bonus of hot tub in the garden!! Delicious breakfast...what more could you want?!?

We spent one night here, arriving in Christchurch from Sydney. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our lovely room (the Mulberry Room); the claw foot tub was perfect for an evening soak. A truly beautiful home and garden with an accommodating host. The breakfast provided was just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic B&B perfectly situated close to the airport and the centre of Christchurch. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our road trip around the South Island and can honestly say we felt like we were home. Our garden room was perfect and our hosts so welcoming. Thank you very much.

This gorgeous house is hosted by Pam and Denis. We had the garden view room. It is a very spacious room with a french door for a direct access to the garden. The bathroom is two steps away from the bedroom. The bathroom was not very clean with hair that does not belong to us. The breakfast was good with...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our all-too-brief stay at this beautiful B&B. Our bedroom was most comfortable as was the guest parlor. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay in Christchurch.

Very helpful and flexible hosts who are familiar with handling new arrivals and imminent departures. Excellent breakfast - anything you want. Dog and cat included. Only downside is no off-street parking; but you can park right outside the front gate.

We only had to look at the front of the house with dog on the porch to know we would like it. We liked it so much that we booked a second stay for the last night of our tour through New Zealand. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Full English breakfast was excellent. The gardens looked lovely. Couldn't be...

We stayed for one night at the end of our trip in the attic room. Although the family have access to the hallway between the room and its bathroom we didn't find this to be a problem and we felt that we had sufficient privacy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The B&B is pretty informal - it's very much a...

A great B&B in a beautiful neighbourhood . The beds slept great and even had an electric blanket! The bathroom was also very nice, there was even floorheating. The shampoo smelled good. And the breakfast was delicious. Especially the fresh made waffle with banana and maple syrup. The owners are very nice and helpful people. It was unfortunate that we...
