Stayed here for work, 2x Queen bedroom suite. Beds were nice, not too soft not too firm, many couches and chairs to lounge on in downtime and nice small dining table as well, with a big TV to watch movies on to unwind (even if we were interrupted by a small quake). Room service was courteous and on time, and...

Our group stopped twice on this Hotel. First stop our room was huge . Sitting room was really big and a wall seperate our room, Amenities were plenty. Room was beside the street but no problem with the noise. Hotel compound was nice. There were a lot of separate structure of buildings and this take us to our 2nd stay...

Hotel looks like Old English Tudor. Rooms are clean but old (old furniture, old carpet, old bed). Bathrooms are tiny. They classify this hotel as 4 star, nothing close. Maybe a two. They also describe the location as walking distance to boutique shopping at Merivale Hagley Park. Not much to see in both places. The bar and restaurant on site...

On 27th october 2016, As soon as I entered in this hotel, I was not impressed. It looks like a old & vintage hotel. But when I entered my room no.803, my impression changed. A very beautiful spacious living hall with all amenities, sofa, dining table etc. Bedroom was very romantic. Bathroom was very spacious with bathtub & lot of toiletries....

Our group stopped twice at the Heartland. Staff was very friendly and helpful both times. The rooms though are a bit old but stii sufficient. Noise came through from the room above 841. WiFi was only fair. The deadbolts did not work for rooms 841 and 908. Breakfasts and dinners in the upstairs restaurant were very good.

Spent three nights at the Heartland, room was basic but comfortable with a separate bedroom, plenty of storage space and plenty of room. Had a meal at the attached Tudor Restaurant which was very nice, reasonable selection on the menu and very pleasant staff. Handy location to other restaurants near by plus less than a 30 minute drive to the...

We liked this place but felt that it was in need of a complete refurbishment, staff were nice and the rooms well appointed, however the decor and carpets are past their sell by date, for the price paid we expected something a little better.

Last night – room was bigger – with sitting room + small dining area. Heater – keep the room warm. Toiletries + coffee/tea/chocolate (no drinking water...
