Great room, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Helpful staff for things like airport shuttle and city directions. Small things like coffee and fruit in reception made it a great stay overall.

I stayed here for two nights. Loved this little quirky hotel and would stay here again. Location is great in the heart of Christchurch near many restaurants and cafes. Booked a room with a balcony and was not disappointed. It provided a little outdoor space where I could drink coffee and relax. The room was fresh and comfortable and of...

Stayed 2 nights with family (2 adults, 2 kids 8&5). Nice enough hotel. All amenities and incidentals were relatively clean and modern (except for a few stains on the carpet). Booked the family interconnecting rooms, which was pretty expensive considering. Also the "parents" room as tiny - like NYC hotel room tiny. We had all our bags in the kids...

Dear Valued Guest,Our central location means Hotel 115 is an ideal place for a family to stay as we are only a walk away from some great activities for the kids which include the Margaret Mahey playground the Lego place in the Atrium and of course the city trams which run just outside our doorway. We have several options available for...

Stayed there for a night on recent visit to Christchurch. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent, nicely decorated, comfortable. Only issue was no air conditioning, but there's a fan and heating element. So unless it's very hot, it should be fine. Next to shops, cafe, theatre. Cathedral square is 5 minutes away, main shopping district about 8...

The decor makes a lovely change to the stock standard hotel room you get just about everywhere nowdays, lots of colour and interesting things to look at and soak up. Three day stay with a family of 4 (both kids <8yrs) in a relatively new hotel fitted out in a stylish mod / neo art-deco format in a central locale minutes from one of Christchurch's main eat streets. Stayed a couple nights. Main issues: 1, no hotel parking. Public parking nearby required feeding meter at midnight or early morning. 2, lost key results in $30 fine. This is excessive!!! I have never ever stayed at a hotel with such a policy for a key card. 3, neighbors shutting the door shook my entire room. Really unpleasant and woke...

Dear Valued Guest,We offer our own outside parking for $10 for 24 hours or our more secure underground parking for $30 for 24 hours.Because our room keys are also programmed to open the Atrium doors in The Cathedral Junction lost keys are a real cost for us and while we don't like doing it our charge is meant as a...

Stayed for one night as it looked great - different to the usual Novotel/Quest/Ibis/etc type hotels. Very appreciative that they stayed open until 1:15am to let us in (reception closes through the night). Rooms were tiny and bed short.
