Nice place to stay & very close to work. Clean and comfortable although double glazing wasn’t keeping the road noise out from the busy intersection just outside. Friendly proprietors and would recommend.

"I did find I could hear people next door at times. so not so sound proof. Also very busy road so a bit of traffic noise."
"Don't book units backing onto Lincoln road if you a light sleeper. It's a bit noisy first thing in morning with work traffic"
"Rooms on the 2nd floor don't have internet access. Check the mattress condition before taking the keys of your room!"
"We were near the road, but tired, so not fussy."
"Ask for a quiet room."
