After traveling for > 24 hours, pulling up to this Inn with great parking in the back was just what we needed. You check into the Inn at the pub next door, which was alive with locals and travellers grabbing dinner and drinks. We checked in to the 5 or 6 bedroom guest house. Our room was big and roomy,...

Great beer selection and their brewery beers were quite good too. Good ambiance with big leather sofas in the corner and a pool table on the other. Good food though a bit pricey. Nice wait staff. Nice local place!

Pomeroy's is exactly as advertised. It's a good value, and the staff at the pub and the cafe were helpful and fun. The location is a short walk from downtown, and the patio was pretty. Breakfast was outstanding!

The room was great and amenities fine. Enjoyed being next to a pub with excellent beer, except when it was bedtime and our windows faced their outdoor seating area. Noisy until 11 pm when it closed. Otherwise perfectly fine place.

A very nice B&B, well located. We liked: - the private parking with direct access to the room - the nice little building in which the rooms are located. Not attached to the pub - the bathtub in our bedroom (Canterbury) - the good bfast - the great pub food & ambiance and staff, where we had dinner. Could be...

Loved staying in this comfortable place right next to the iconic Pomeroys pub. The breakfast was excellent and it was a pleasure to meet and chat with the very enthusiastic Steve Pomeroy - see you next year (already booked!)

My family and I just spent 3 weeks travelling across New Zealand. We stayed at Pomeroy's on Kilmore for 2 nights at the end of our journey. It was by far our favourite accommodation on the entire trip. The rooms were lovely and cosy - but what sets this place apart from the others is the amazing customer service. The...

Great place with a fine selection of beers. A little pricey but good hand crafted quality. Food is above expectations and we'll put together. The table tried the fish, pork belly, steak and duck. Overall a good quality experience.

We spent two nights at Pomeroy's B&B next to their pub and kitchen in Christchurch. The room we had in the front was spacious and inviting, and though the pub was just next door, there was really no noise after it closed at 11 PM (but noise prior so note this). The B&B has a rear parking lot which is...

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the whole "Pomeroys" experience. The separate b&b accommodation is comfortable and spacious, with a guest lounge area providing tea and coffee. We ate at the pub in the evening - great lively atmosphere, the staff are very friendly, and the food was very good. Breakfast the next morning at the adjoining Poms cafe...
