Stayed here with 2 of my Scottish friends who flew over to visit just for 1 night. We had seen a few motels in this town but this one stood out with its large car park area - which we needed for our rental car - and thankfully, it had a vacancy sign! We managed to get 3 private rooms,...

Our work always puts us up at this motel and I couldn't be more pleased. The rooms are always neat and tidy - there is a TV in the lounge area and in the bedroom and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The Motel is also in great location especially since more restaurants and cafés have gravitated to the...

We have just spent three nights in Allan Court Motel and I was very impressed with the standard of units. I have regularly stayed in motels all around New Zealand, and this is among one of the best equipped family units I have had the pleasure of staying in. The unit was close to the university which was our main...

Very pleasant on site owners, great location, clean comfortable accommodation with everything you need if you wish to cook a meal. What else could you want? George Street is lined with motels and Allan Court is one of the closest to the shopping/restaurant blocks that lead to the city centre. Also well placed for the university, hospital and sports stadium....

The suites are extremely comfortable, very clean and very well appointed. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and should be proud of a very well managed property. The location is as described, a 10 minute walk to the Octagon in the centre of town and a 20 minute walk to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. On the way into town...

Staff was extremely helpful with directions and tips for stay. Free wifi, free laundry room. Pullout bed was comfortable and room was immaculate. We had a room on ground floor next to laundry. Thought it might be noisy but laundry room has strict hours and is locked after hours. Darkening curtains are great so cars coming in with lights on...

This motel is situated fairly near the university area and within easy walking distance of most of Dunedin’s attractions. We arrived in Dunedin late in the day, in a busy weekend in early March (without a booking) to find that only one room vacancy remained, and, as we wanted a room for a couple of nights, the owner very kindly...

This motel is perfectly located for those wanting to visit Otago and/or the Dunedin town centre. We were there for both so enjoyed the location. The motel itself is fairly old and a bit tired. Parts have been refurbished but not our unit. However it was serviceable and we had a good night's sleep. The manager was very helpful and...

We stayed only a night at Dunedin but this motel was enough to give us a comfortable and warm rest for our remaining road trip in NZ. The room was immaculately clean, we were extremely impressed by it, everything was spotless and brand new. Even the portable cot was looked so comfortable. Location wise was good, just a few minutes...

After a 9 hour ride in bad weather, this motel was a well-deserved rest stop. Warm and friendly welcome too, which lifted spirits after being soaked through on the ride. I got the last room, so ended up with a suite of two king rooms (two singles were also in one of the rooms), living area and large bathroom. Clean,...
