Indicative of the architecture of Dunedin as a whole this lovely large wood-frame Victorian house provides excellent accommodation. We stayed in the front room on the ground floor, what would originally have been the parlour with its very high ceilings and decorative moldings.

"located on a very steep hill, you need good parking skills."
"Two of the rooms have ensuites, the large King sized room, although uses the bathroom across the Hall (only shares with a room with 2 singles, but our daughter stayed in that one) has the advantage of opening onto the conservatory, so if you are the only ones staying it is very lavish."
